Order Processing

Many Lewey’s Merch products are made after your order is placed. Because of this, processing time may vary depending on the product, order volume, and production partner.

Most orders require production time before they ship. This is separate from shipping/transit time.

Estimated Delivery

Holiday order volume
Weather or unexpected shipping disruptions

Shipping estimates may be shown at checkout when available. Please remember that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are made-to-order, including apparel, mugs, tumblers, totes, home decor, personalized items, and other custom products.

Because made-to-order items are created specifically after purchase, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Personalized Products

Personalized products may require extra processing time. Please review all names, dates, initials, spelling, and custom details carefully before submitting your order.

Once a personalized order moves into production, changes may not be possible.

Holiday and Gift Orders

We recommend ordering early for birthdays, holidays, church events, group gifts, and special occasions.

During busy seasons, production and shipping times may be longer than usual.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Lewey’s Merch is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking information first.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the item you received, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it.

Digital Products

Digital products do not require shipping. If you purchase a digital product, no physical item will be shipped. Digital product delivery details will be provided in the product listing or after checkout.
