Can I change personalization after ordering?

Will a physical item be shipped with digital products?
No. Digital products are downloadable files. Once digital products are available, each listing will explain exactly what is included and how the file is delivered.
Can digital products be refunded?
Because digital products are delivered electronically, refunds may be limited once the file has been accessed or downloaded. Each digital product listing will include details.
