Because many of our products are made-to-order, personalized, or custom-created after purchase, return eligibility may vary by product type.
Made-to-Order Products
Many Lewey’s Merch items are produced after your order is placed. This may include apparel, mugs, tumblers, totes, home decor, and other printed products.
Because these items are made specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
Ordering the wrong size
Choosing the wrong color
Changing your mind after purchase
Entering incorrect personalization
Not reviewing product details before ordering
Please review all product options, sizing, colors, personalization details, and shipping information carefully before completing checkout.
Personalized and Custom Products
Personalized products are created using the exact information submitted with your order.

Dates
Initials
Spelling
Capitalization
Custom text
Product options
Once a personalized or custom item moves into production, changes may not be possible. Personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless there is a production error, damage, or another issue with the item received.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us review the issue, include:

A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product
Clear photos of the packaging, if damaged
We will review the information and determine the best next step, which may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the situation.
Return Timeframe
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after this window may be harder to review, especially for made-to-order or custom items.
Digital Products
Digital products are not physical items and no product will be shipped.
Because digital products are delivered electronically, they are generally non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered. Please read each digital product listing carefully before purchasing.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Made-to-order products

Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear
Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style by the customer
Exchanges
Because many products are made-to-order, we may not be able to offer exchanges for size, color, or style changes.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered production.
